One of these rules is no dancing unless there is 66m of unobstructed area for people  to dance in. This had to be placed in effective because of recent violent crimes. The police have been scoping night clubs daily to make sure the crime does not get out of hand. Business had to put up no dancing so that their places wouldn't get raid every night. This has put get stress on the people and police living in Japan. As the article goes it says that many people that the no dancing law is in effect is because the police are actually looking for drug dealer and any other illegal activies. Though the police haven't found any drug correlation yet, they are still looking.kanemitsu one of the club own, is starting a  dance moment to get rid of this ridiculous law. I picked this article because of how it reminded me of footloose. A movie where the town has a no dance law and one kid sticks up to it and makes the town want to dance again.
